Honestly, if you're just getting started, buy the V90 as it id the cheapest for these systems. If you need N64 or GameCube then you'll need a more powerful device than any of these.

WEBThis is totally subjective and personal opinion, but if I were in your boots and had played Pokemon Blue I'd probably start with gen 2 and then progress in-order if you're enjoying them :). I have nostalgia for the original Gameboy Color gen2 games, but honestly Soul Silver / Heart Gold are BRILLIANT remakes and the graphics are super cute.
