Marta is tiny! You don’t need to stay overnight, but if you do, there are two main hotels. Be sure you’re visiting Thursday through Sunday as most of the town is closed the other …

Marta is tiny! You don’t need to stay overnight, but if you do, there are two main hotels. Be sure you’re visiting Thursday through Sunday as most of the town is closed the other days. Personally, we found Fort Worth and Alpine, two near by towns, much more interesting than Marta.

I believe it was $130 pp with lunch for a day trip to the Hot Spring that included the petroglyph area, Old Ore Rd, hike to Ernst Tenaja water hole and canyon. We'll worth every penny for the expertise and knowledge AND driving on rough terrain in his vehicle.
