I'm not sure, since we were in town on vacation in late Feb/early March, only visiting the "dog parks" ( fenced areas ) for our two dogs. Frank Brown park is huge, covering lots of varieties of fields, ball fields, tennis courts, pools etc. Even walking trails. But as for the music festival I'm not sure, but would think so. Only thing is it seems to be lots of open fields/grass areas, but don't know where the "music festival" would be located ? But plenty of parking/asphalt areas ( flat ), so it could be on that ? suggestion : Call Frank Brown park for info to your question. Hope it helps !
