This is a small but pretty, quiet little tree lined park along the river. There are areas for sitting so that you can watch the river traffic. It is here you catch the ferry to Blennerhassett island Full review by Mary M

where can you park your vehicle near the park. is there a shuttle bus that takes you there? are coolers allowed? can you just sit on a blanket. are coolers allowed?
