Busy traffic to Pena Palace during Easter week 2025. Taxi, much, much cheaper than Bus 434. Traffic from centre to Pena would normally take 6mins. Our journey would take around 50mins. Pena Palace also sold out so visiting inside Palace was said to be overcrowded by Tourist Information Board.

Hi Brenda..there is an area to meet the shuttle (additional cost) about 20M past the ticket presentation. It is well marked. There is still uphill walking after the shuttle drops you near the palace.
