and does the turret clock chime if your closed or only if your open because 7pm last night I didn't hear it or maybe I might of just missed the hourly chime.

Hi Hamish. In respect to our neighbours, the turret clock only chimes between 9:30am and 3:45pm daily. Sorry you missed us!
Hi. Do you need to buy a ticket to access the observation level/deck lookout? Do the bells get rung during every tour? And are they loud? Or are you given the option of whether you would like to not ring the bells?
