Didn’t take the boat ride - the view from above was quite enough for us! Also, try Nestle coffee place on the other side - right next to Starbucks! Super good

There are benches along the walking path where you can sit, as well as cafes. You can also take a boat ride out long the coast. Enjoy!

Yes definitey. It is outdoors so consider this regarding the clothes you'll wear, but in general winter in Beirut is mild.
