This is a beautiful beach in St Pete- parking is easy. Showers and bathrooms are close by, my 80 year old parents go to this beach, so I knew the walking was easy. The water was very warm this time…Full review by Kelly V

It is a public beach park and I did not see signs prohibiting. I also did not see any dogs that I recall. I apologize for not having a definite answer.

free parking is dependent on how close to the beach you wish to park. adjacent to the beach there is paid parking as the city requires funds to clean, upkeep and maintain the area. however, if one wishes to park on the boulevard a block off of the beach roadway then I see this practice quite regular.

I think so but they do not have a walkway all the out to the beach.But their is an area where you can see the water and sun or sunset over it. Beautiful!1
