Went to the Starbucks at 100 Barkoff in Trois RIvieres. Worst customer service ever. The chai tea was not made to order and the barista only filled up the cup 2/3rds of the way. When I told her I…Full review by Mary D

We will be on a cruise ship stop on Saturday, Oct. 6th. Will there be a tour in English available? If so, how do I make a reservation? Thank you!

Hi Vera - I would suggest reaching out to the tourism group (link below) and seeing if you can request an English tour. They were very accommodating when we were there and I think you're giving the plenty of advanced notice. Perhaps you can contact: 819-372-0406
We will be a party of five English speaking seniors travelling from Ottawa to Quebec City on Tuesday, October 10 and plan to stop off in Trois-Rivieres in the afternoon. We would like to tour the prison and wonder if there will be anything available for us that afternoon? Thank you.

We visited on a day when they did not have an English speaking guide, which I endorsed in my review. This review was replied upon by the staff at the old prison, which may answer your question. It might be an idea to get in touch with them on their website to see if they can assist. I have copied their response to my review below. Hope it helps: Hi markyand. We are sorry to read that you were unable to attend the guided tour of the Old Jail. Indeed, you can only visit the attraction with a guide principally because a significant part of the visit is in the words of the guide, which are based on the experience of former inmates. Unfortunately, it is particularly difficult for us to find a bilingual guide outside the summer season. For that last reason, we ask to our anglophone visitors on our website to call us the day before they plan to visit our Old Jail to check if a bilingual guide is available on that day or not. Luckily, two English tours per day are available from June 24th to September 4th. Thank you for your comment and have a nice day!
