Washington Township is a township in eastern Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 3,810 at the 2010 census. The Barto Bridge, Borneman Mill, Philip Christman House, and Dale Furnace and Forge Historic District are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
