Williams is a town in Colleton County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 117 at the 2010 census. The Tom Williams House was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Williams is located in northern Colleton County at 33°2′3″N 80°50′35″W / 33.03417°N 80.84306°W. It is 16 miles northwest of Walterboro, the county seat.
