Summerlin is a master-planned mixed-use development mostly within the city limits of Las Vegas, Nevada. The development covers 22,500 acres of the western edge of incorporated Las Vegas sitting at the center-west end of the Las Vegas Valley. Downtown Summerlin refers to the development's primary commercial and retail shopping area.
