Late Check-out is not available due to Corona Virus, we need to start deep cleaning for the next guests. If you stay past 11 AM (checkout time) we will charge $50 per every 15 minutes past 11 AM. Our cleaning company arrives at 11 AM on the dot to start cleaning if they cannot enter the house they charge us, please plan accordingly. Breath-taking views from inside the house and whole backyard (pool & spa view), fantastic amenities, the million-dollar house surrounded by nature, beautiful trees (tangerine/avocado & apple trees), and a lush green landscape, this home has enough space to house up to 12 Guests.
