Is the hike to the waterfall strenuous? How long is the hike portion?

Not all of the waterfall hikes are strenuous. The hike to the fall I visited was less than 5 minutes and super easy landscape.

Aloha Leah, No there is no age restriction. We’ve had babies come on our adventures with us. We always keep the groups private, that way we can fully customize the day to exactly what you want to do, and what you can handle. So with an 8 year old, we definitely wouldn’t be going super extreme, but we can definitely have them ride on the front of the guides paddle boards, do some fun and easier hikes, go snorkeling, sightseeing, etc. When you book your day with us online, you fill out a quick questionnaire which helps us customize the perfect day for you. Judging by what you wrote and the weather conditions that day (waves, wind, rain, etc) we pick the best places to adventure and explore.
