Yes, there is. You can get all the information at the mini train carriage which serves as a museum right infront of the Hachiko Statue near the Shibuya train station.
When you arrive in Shibuya Station follow the signs to the Hachiko exit. There is a square with the Hachiko statue. This is also the location for the famed Shibuya crossing.
