Definitely recommend. So many walking trails and informative signs to help you navigate beautiful paths, flowers, trees and other landmarks. Saw many tropical birds, spring wildflowers and city views… Full review by Christine P

Sorry folks - just realised the bamboo alley I was thinking of visiting is in Cairns . Many thanks for all replies.

Yes there certainly will be plenty to see. Great area to catch a bus and have a guided tour around the park and then the city as well

Yes, there is a free 935 bus from the city which drops you off right at the park and the same number bus returns you to the city.
