Brilliant day pike fishing. Very reasonably priced and a good quality boat. Beautiful scenery and well conditioned fish. Nice to go somewhere so natural and litter free.Full review by 882garethm

No, it is not suitable for bikes. The path only goes part way around. We didnt get to walk it as the field from the car parking area to the lake was waterlogged.
I own a canoe hire company on the Wye and I’m looking to come to the lake with my staff to practice our canoeing over the winter, is there any restrictions on this or can I just turn up with a minibus and trailer? Are there any recommended spots best to go, so not to annoy fishermen etc
