Great FREE activity, lots of manatee info and exhibits, knowledgeable staff, we didn’t see manatees because it was too warm but we still enjoyed the placeFull review by Sarah D

No. Manatees are protected and you may not bother or approach them with boats. Generally if the harbor waters are colder than 70 degrees the manatees migrate in sizable numbers into the outlet channel from the power station and you can see hundreds of manatees in the warm waters of the channel from the viewing center.
