Lovely tour, great information, guide was personable and very pleasant to spend the afternoon with! We are a family with 4 teens. She kept their attention, which is a great compliment!Full review by Halifaxjake

Amazing views of the palatine hills and the colosseum. Our guide Marcius told us all about the history of these places. His stories were really immersive. He takes you back in time, a real historian.…Full review by stefanbismeijer

The meeting point is about 10 minutes walk from the colosseum. The ticket gives the address and if you use google maps it is easy to locate down a little lane. The two things I would recommend are (1) be sure you have been to the toilet before starting the tour (there are no toilets at the meeting point) and (2) beware the cafe on the corner as you head to the lane - great cappuccino and big cups but OMG - eye watering cost at 7 Euro each

The whole tour took 3 hours and 30 mins. We spent in the Colosseum around 2 hours, and the rest 1 hour and a half we visited Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Since you also have children with you, I think it would be better to book a tour as early as possible in the morning since it’s not that hot outside. Along the tour there are going to be at least 2 water fountains where you can refill your water supplies :)

From my point of view and discussion with guide is underground tour kind of pointless, because you won´t see much, just tiny bit and you can basically see more from the regular guided tour. So question is if you really need to see that. From my understanding that is also one of reasons why there are not so many tours like that. Anyway, you can try this: colosseumandvaticantours (May is available as well).

A:
I don't think it matters as long as the person has the 'confirmation' info
