The small parking lot across the road is now a fee area. $12 to park. Wasn’t informed until we arrived and noticed the sign. Ye be warned!Full review by V461JDmaxp
How is the parking situation? I know there is an overflow parking lot, but does that feel up pretty fast as well? We will be driving about 2 and a half hours, so can't get there super early...but don't want to drive all that way only to find there's no parking.

Have not heard of parking issues for the Bell Trail, but it's been a few yrs since we've been there.
How far is it from the parking lot to the water / Swimming hole? I have two little kids with me and we would like to explore but can't go more than a mile :)

The little ones most likely will not make it to the crack, but the creek does flow just a short hike from the parking lot so that will be your best bet.
