US District Judge Allison D. Burroughs will hear arguments over Harvard’s request for a preliminary injunction that would prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from revoking the school’s ability to enroll international students while a lawsuit it filed against the government is pending.

Days after his administration moved to stop Harvard University from enrolling foreign students, President Trump said at a news conference Wednesday that the Ivy League college should set a limit for how many international students it accepts.

Following the revocation of a key certification allowing Harvard to enroll international students, Donald Trump suggested there should be a 15% cap on foreign students at the institution.
