Ukraine is preparing a military framework for the upcoming technical meeting with the Russian delegation. Efforts are underway to ensure that the talks take place as soon as possible, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Technical talks on Ukraine, Russia, US, and Europe may take place at the Vatican next week, per Finland’s President Stubb, as leaders push for ceasefire and peace after recent Istanbul discussions.

Delegations from Russia and Ukraine are set to meet for peace talks in Turkey on Friday. But, Presidents Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, nor US President Donald Trump, will be there following days of confusion.
