Rain could move into the area early Tuesday, with showers starting around 2 a.m. and continuing in the forecast through at least Thursday.

Baltimore City police are investigating a deadly double shooting on Memorial Day. Officers were called to the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue overnight Monday. Once they arrived, they found a man and a woman who had been shot. The man was dead at the scene and the woman was taken to a hospital, where she died a short time later.

Six Baltimore pools will open on weekends-only beginning Saturday, May 24, with new operating hours and a weekly closure schedule for maintenance.
