Sticks of butter from Vermont-based Cabot Creamery have been voluntarily recalled due to high levels of coliform bacteria, a type of bacteria found in human and animal digestive tracts.

No illnesses have been reported, and 99.5% of the recalled butter was recovered before sale. Another day, another recall. It if seems like there have been a number of recalls recently, you’re not imagining it.
