Country music singer and "Creek Will Rise" vocalist Conner Smith was involved in a fatal pedestrian crash in Nashville, police say.

Conner Smith, a rising country star, allegedly struck and killed a woman in a Nashville crosswalk on Sunday, June 8. The woman, Dorothy Dobbins, 77, was taken to the hospital, where she later died. No charges have been filed against Smith.
