Officers responded to the 3600 block of NE 28th Street — in north Fort Worth near Haltom City — about 8:40 a.m. on March 13 regarding a shooting call. They found the man with a gunshot wound to his upper body, police said.

Fort Worth police said they arrested an individual in connection to a Thursday road rage fatal shooting.

Fort Worth police say one person was shot in a road rage incident on NE 28th Street on Thursday morning. The victim was taken to the hospital with upper body injuries. A person of interest was detained but has not yet been arrested.

The 29-year-old man ran red lights and drove on the wrong side of the road while leading police on a chase in the victim’s SUV, according to a warrant.

Another shooting was reported around 5 a.m. less than a block away in the 1100 block of Bridgewood Drive, according to the release. Police found a second victim shot in their car, police said. Both victims were taken to the hospital and their condition is unknown, police said.

A woman was shot and wounded in south Fort Worth home on Monday March. 10, police said. Around 4 p.m. officers were responded to the 4200 block of Frazier Avenue to a shooting call, police said.

Christopher Robertson admitted to shooting and killing his wife, Kristlynne, then leaving her body under a tarp in the couple’s bedroom, according to an affidavit.
