Kristin Davis admitted to having a “thinness issue” while filming ‘Sex and the City.’ She recalled struggling so much that friend and costar Sarah Jessica Parker told her that she had body dysmorphia.

The actor reflected on the body criticism she faced during "Sex and the City" and how her co-star stepped in with a candid observation.

Davis and Parker, 60, starred on “Sex and the City” with Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall from 1998 to 2004. The stars, except Cattrall, returned for the sequel series “And Just Like That” which is ending on Thursday after three seasons.
