The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced the Class of 2025 on Thursday night as part of the NFL Honors show in New Orleans. Cornerback Eric Allen, in his 19th year of eligibility, and defensive end Jared Allen,

Taylor, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ all-time leading rusher, was left off the list that was made up of four new hall of fame members: Eric Allen, Jared Allen, Antonio Gates and Sterling Sharpe. In 13 seasons in the NFL, Taylor ran for 11,695 yards. He played 11 years in Jacksonville and two for the New England Patriots.

The five years needed from retirement to eligibility will pass for these all-time great NFL players, who range from an all-time wide receiver in Arizona Cardinals legend Larry Fitzgerald to Super Bowl-winning New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. There are some possible first-time ballot Hall of Famers on this list on both sides of the ball.
