Purdue football has landed its first transfer portal commitment, getting a pledge from former Arkansas quarterback Malachi Singleton.

Since Purdue football’s season came to an end two weeks ago, the team has seen numerous players leave to seek new beginnings by entering their name into the transfer portal.

The Boilermakers' backup quarterback, who nearly rallied the team to victory at Illinois, will enter his name in the portal to gauge his options.
