German world number three Alexander Zverev said he is "tired of" Taylor Fritz after losing to him in the Stuttgart Open final, his fifth consecutive defeat by the American.

Taylor Fritz claimed his first title of the year with a 6-3, 7-6 (0) win over top seed Alexander Zverev in the Stuttgart Open final.

Alexander Zverev joked he does not want to see Taylor Fritz for a couple of years after he lost to the American for a fifth straight time. Fritz triumphed 6-3 7-6 (7-0) over Zverev to clinch the Stuttgart Open title on Sunday. It marked Fritz's first title on the ATP Tour since he triumphed in Eastbourne last year.
