At least three people were killed and several others remained missing Sunday as flash flooding tore through a West Virginia county. The death toll grew to five Sunday evening from the Ohio County flash flooding from Saturday night. Four people remain unaccounted for, according to Wheeling Fire Department PIO Phillip Stahl. Recovery efforts are scheduled to resume at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
