KOCHI: The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) has rescued several rare Alexandrine parrots from fortune tellers operating on Aluva and Ernakulam North railway station premises.

Kanpur: The forest department team rescued 72 birds during a raid at the house of a wildlife smuggler in Chidimar area of the city.
