A man is recovering in the hospital after police say he was shot in the face at a Midtown apartment complex on Friday night.

A man who was shot in the face late Friday night managed to get himself to the hospital, according to Atlanta police.

One man was killed, and two others were injured in separate shootings across northwest Atlanta within a span of nearly four hours, police said.
