CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — After three straight days of being in yellow on West Virginia’s county alert map, Kanawha County has returned to gold. Cabell County moved from yellow to orange.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kanawha County on Wednesday became the second county in West Virginia to enter the red category of the state’s county alert system map because of rising case numbers.
