According to an arrest affidavit, an administrator told the Tyler ISD Police Department that she believed a parent brought Jell-O shots to a class Christmas party on Dec. 20 at an elementary campus.

According to KLTV, citing an affidavit, 33-year-old Teresa Isabel Bernal of Tyler, Texas was taken into custody after she allegedly provided alcoholic Jell-O shots to a class Christmas party.

The assistant principal informed the officer that she suspected a parent had brought jello shots to the class's Christmas party, which was later confirmed via sick children and through lab testing.
