Former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr recently went into detail about the reason behind his retiring from the NFL and New Orleans Saints.Carr's retirement at the age of 34 pretty much came out of nowhere.

To deal with a significant shoulder injury, surgery was considered an option, as was trying to play through it, but former Saints quarterback Derek Carr says he ultimately didn't feel right with either possibility.
