VIRGINIA, USA — Dominion Energy crews have restored power to the majority of customers affected by a widespread outage that impacted over 2,000 customers across 11 counties in Virginia.
As of 11 p.m. on Saturday, just over 4,700 Dominion Energy customers in Virginia and eastern North Carolina were without power. There were more than 1,700 customers without power in Central Virginia.
Central and Southside Virginia. Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chuckatuck and Hampton are the areas that have experienced the most power outages during the extreme weather, according to Dominion Energy.
