An Irvine man was arrested after a 13-year-old boy died from what detectives believe could have been a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said Friday.

With regard to the juvenile who was fatally shot yesterday, Irvine Police investigators have determined that a 13-year-old victim and a friend were visiting a juvenile resident at a location on Heathergreen.
