Joao Felix has made a bright start to life at AC Milan after he ‘pushed hard’ for the move from Chelsea during the winter transfer window. The Portugal international signed for the Blues on a permanent deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer but made little impact in the first half of the season.

Joao Felix says he would be open to remaining with Milan beyond his half-season loan at the club. The 25-year-old joined Milan from Chelsea on deadline day on a temporary deal until the end of 2024-25, five months on from moving to the Premier League club from Atletico Madrid in a £44.5million ($58m) deal.
