The tool first red-flags hallucinations, then initiates a rewriting process in real-time to ensure the inaccurate portions of query responses are revised.

Microsoft has introduced a new ‘Correction’ feature that automatically rectifies inaccurate AI hallucinations by cross-checking output with facts. It has also been added to Azure AI Content Safety’s groundedness detection system.
