A man's body was found after police suspect him and his wife were caught in a flash flood near Moab in June 2024.

Ray and Maranda Ankofski were reported missing during a trip near Moab, Utah, on June 21, 2024. The sheriff's office said Ray, 58, and Maranda, 50, were likely swept away in a flash flood.

Human remains that were discovered in Utah in late March have been identified as a Texas man who went missing with his wife in Moab flooding last year.
