An eye-watering $100,000 prize was up for grabs during the Pit Crew Challenge on Friday, as part of the NASCAR All-Star race weekend at North Wilkesboro. Michael McDowell's No. 71 Spire Motorsports pit crew bagged the cash for changing all four tires in just 12.587 seconds.

Former Cup champion Brad Keselowski said Friday that North Wilkesboro Speedway should host a points race and that the All-Star Race should return to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Keselowski said such a move could mean the end of the Roval race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

More than half the Cup Series grid is considered an “all-star,” and the $1 million prize remains unchanged, but that hasn’t quelled the competitiveness of the All-Star event.
