COLUMBUS − The newly reconstructed rest area on Interstate 70 westbound in Muskingum County is now open to the public, according to an announcement from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
ODOT says the rest area along I-70 westbound features native plants, rocking chairs, dog trails, Ohio music and a universal changing station.
