SK Hynix has announced a new high-density memory module that it claims to be the world's first to hit 128GB. The module uses 8Gb DDR4 and is built on advanced 20nm class technology.
SK Hynix says that the stick of DDR4 is capable of speeds up to 2133Mbp/s, with speeds reaching 17GB/s if passed through a 64-bit wide bus.

Then we have some nice U-DIMMs from KLEVV in both DDR4 and DDR3. These U-DIMMs come in capacities of 4GB and 8GB, at speeds of up to 2133MHz for DDR4 and 1866MHz for DDR3.
I'm looking at an HP desktop that comes with 1x8GB DDR4-2666 RAM from SK Hynix. I wanted to add in a second 8GB stick and right now a Samsung module is my cheapest option.
