Cestos, Riverces — After a recount, candidate Wellington Geevon Smith narrowly won Rivercess County Senatorial Election over Steve Tequah of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC).

Liberia's only social democratic party has forced the ruling Unity Party to a runner-off in the bi-election for a legislative representative of District # 1 in Rivercess County, Republic of Liberia.
