Telecom Village, a nearly 3-year-old retail center in Tampa, has been sold. The buyer, according to Hillsborough County property records, is an Orlando private investor that bought it through an LLC.

The money will help strengthen stormwater drainage, build a new Economic Development Center, and provide walkable healthcare.
