Multiple people are dead following a "massive" flood water car accident on Thursday. Heavy storms have hit the state of Texas on Thursday morning. Flash flooding began earlier this morning and could continue throughout the day.

Angel Richards says that her husband, Stevie, called her from his car before being swept away in the flash floods that hit San Antonio on Thursday, June 12. He's now missing and believed to be dead.

One person is dead after a high-water rescue in Dallas. Dallas Fire-Rescue said crews responded to a 911 call just after midnight after someone reported their vehicle was stuck in high water under the I-635 bridge at Park Central Drive.

Flooding, which is the second-deadliest weather hazard in the U.S., killed at least 3 people in West Virginia over the weekend.

The advisory was in place for Madera, Mariposa and Tuolumne counties.
