On Tuesday at 1:17 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood warning in effect until further notice for Malheur County.

Residents in both Jefferson and Lewis counties could be dealing flooding along the Black River. Both counties with towns along the Black River are under a Flood Warning issued by the National Weather Service.

On Monday at 12:47 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning in effect until Tuesday at 1 a.m. for Choctaw, Clarke and Washington counties.
