AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY has been issued for Monday (3/31) for the risk of severe storms producing damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes.
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Winter is trying to come back as chillier air catches up to everyone and the Metro. Temperatures drop to the lower 40s for highs. Spotty showers and drizzle lingers into Sunday morning with the chance for light snow showers by the afternoon. Accumulation is not expected.
Expect warm overnight lows in the upper 50s, despite a mix of high cirrus and intermittent lower stratus clouds, with temperatures climbing into the upper 70s inland Sunday. The real twist comes late Sunday night as a slow-moving cold front begins its journey into the region.

On Wednesday and Thursday, winds will become light again with another nearing front. A First Alert is up for Friday, when the front may have a better chance to bring more significant rainfall, again for the western half of the state.
Partly cloudy skies develop mid to late week, with temperatures above average in the mid-80s. Increasing humidity will be noticeable, as we could feel closer to the upper 80s. A few shower chances are possible by the weekend. Lows at night hold in the 60s, feeling muggy.
