Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson was standing near midfield of the indoor football facility of the Miller Electric Center a few minutes into the team’s first practice of the week.

The Jaguars' offense is out of sync and it’s unrealistic to expect that to change in one week. But a good start would be getting Christian Kirk more involved and taking more downfield shots with Brian Thomas Jr.
